New invitation photos!

Kristy Walker, from Kristy Walker Photo, recently shot some of the invitations I have designed and I am thrilled with how they turned out! I met Kristy last July down in San Diego when she shot my wedding and I am very happy to be working with her again. Thanks again Kristy!

Ann & Teddy

I am so excited to be designing wedding invitations for a close friend from college named Ann. Ann & Teddy are getting married this June at a country club in Yakima, WA and their colors are cobalt blue and sunshine yellow. Overall they want their wedding to look and feel sophisticated, but have fun summery [...]

Luke & Amanda’s wedding invitations

Luke & Amanda’s bird themed wedding invitaitons are now complete. I printed them Sunday and we are all really happy with how they turned out. Amanda will be gluing a gem over the diamond ring  for a little extra surprise and bling. I am excited to hear how all of the guests like them! Programs [...]

Ranch wedding invitations & programs

Satoko & Alex’s wedding invitations and programs are incredibly unique and beautifully designed! The invitations were silkscreened on cloth & the envelopes were made out of chipboard (perfect materials for a ranch wedding in Napa, California). Each guest was given a bag that hung from a clothesline that included a program for the wedding ceremony, [...]

Cupcake inspiration!

Cupcakes are one of my favorite desserts and lucky for me they are so popular right now. When I got married back in July my husband & I did a cupcake tower instead of a wedding cake & it was a hit! I came across Sugarbloom Cupcakes & Macarons on the web & was stunned [...]

Photo candy

I found this candy favor idea on the Martha Stewart Weddings website. I love the idea of each chocolate bar being a different photo of the bride & groom growing up. They could be displayed on a large table in chronological order and would be a great alternative to a slideshow.

Ribbon Reminder

I found this creative DIY save the date card on Martha Stewart Weddings website. I love thinking how surprised each wedding guest would be as they opened the envelope. What an unexpected design! Click here for instructions.

Sweet & simple wedding invitations

I found this adorable wedding invitation on Etsy.com. I love how playful the teacup illustration is and how the colors make them pop off the paper. Enjoy!

Luke & Amanda save the date ideas

Here are some ideas for Luke & Amanda’s wedding save the dates! Amanda’s vision for her big day is a hint of nature so I incorporated birds and branches, which I think worked nicely with their wedding colors. We started to brainstorm decorations  to help tie this idea together and came up with willow branches [...]
